You can scale the size of an image using the Scale Tool.
Select the Scale Tool
Click-and-drag to make the image smaller.
The image size will keep the aspect ratio.
As always, there's a quick solution and a "correct" one. If you want to preserve the original pixels, you need to save the picture as a separate file. That's why you need a copy of the PSD file. If you want to retain the general proportions, you can use the Scale tool.
The quick solution is to open the image in a web browser. Select all the pixels you want and hit CTRL + I. The image file will scale to fill the screen. If you want to preserve the pixels, open a new file in the same program and save it.

I was tempted for a moment. Then I remembered it's almost never worth it. If it's something that would be at least a bit useful (like a powerstroke gear,etc), it's not worth it. Sell and donate and feel good about it.
I would be more inclined to go with a complete crashbar package. You could do the LS6 or the LS6-B. Or do the LS6, LS6-B, and a front bumper from a 97-98 Bonneville. The Bonneville front bumper kit is $1200 (I think).
For the LS6, there is the L-Six exhaust from bimmerpower, and there's the Super Sport exhaust from ACS.
I have seen these from time to time on ebay, but I have never bought one. I'm glad I didn't, it would have been a waste of money and parts.
